Our WiFi is Excellent!!

Fiber Optic WiFi was installed in May 2021. You can now stream your favorite movies and TV shows, play games, or hold Zoom meetings with your colleagues.

Liability

Liability:The use of Cooperstown KOA facilities is at the user's own risk. Guests are responsible for their visitors. Cooperstown KOA assumes no responsibility or liability for the safety and security of RV/ vehicle, equipment, tenants/campground guests/visitors. Cooperstown KOA is not responsible for loss or damage to Guests' property due to theft, vandalism, fire,  or any other casualty. Registered guests and all other users of this property expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance for their RV and vehicles.

No swimming allowed after dark

No Outside Firewood Allowed

The Cooperstown KOA Campground does not allow any outside wood to be brought into the campground. Firewood is available at the General Store. The reason for this policy is to protect the trees and prevent the spread of Emerald Ash Borer or EAB. Thank you in advance for respecting the safety and beauty of our trees and grounds.

Parking is limited to 1 car or truck per site

Parking is limited to one (1) car or truck per cabin, tent and RV site.

Additional charges apply to each additional car for each day/night of parking.

KampK9

A 4,000 square foot KampK9 is waiting for your furry family members. For your safety, your pets' safety and the safety of others, we require a responsible adult accompany your pet while off-leash in KampK9.  Need a more private setting for your animal? We have large grassy areas and farm roads for additional on-leash walking. Poop bags are provided to pick up after your pets.

Additional policy for pets at Cooperstown KOA:  We require pets to be kept on 6 foot leashes at all times, never left alone at the campground for any period of time without being accompanied by the owner or appropriate pet walker/keeper, and that you scoop your pet's waste whenever needed. Also, for respect of our other guests, we require that you do not walk pets on any RV, tent or cabin sites other than your own.  Non-compliance with these rules could result in expulsion from the campground.

Visitor Day Pass $10/person; Holidays/Spec Events $20/day

Non-holiday or Special Event Days:
All visitors must check in and register at the office. We will provide a security tag for each vehicle.
Day passes are $10 per person, and includes use of facilities and amenities.

Holidays or Hall of Fame Induction 3 Day Event Schedule - $20 per day with total registered guests at 10 per site

Guests must leave park by 8pm

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am

Quiet hours are for everyone everyday, including holidays and Hall of Fame weekend. Guests that are inconsiderate to their neighbors may be asked to leave the campground.

Weekend, Holiday, & Special Events Minimum Stay Requirements

All sites have a 2-night minimum on Weekends (Friday & Saturday) from Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, starting Thursday prior.
Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis depending on availability & site type; please contact us directly at 315-858-0236 to inquire.

IN ADDITION, all sites have a 3-Night Minimum on Holiday Weekends and Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Weekend
       - Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Baseball Hall of Fame Induction starting on Thursday prior.

Cancellation Policy

We follow the KOA national cancelation policy except on holiday/ special events weekends. Cancelations for all sites on holidays and special event weekends require no less than 14 day notice. Cancelations received WITHIN the 14 day notice period are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit.    ***A 3-day minimum stay is required for all Holiday & Special Event Weekends (Hall of Fame Induction). Otherwise , if you need to cancel your reservation, please call before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit. refund, minus a $10 cancelation fee. 
RV and Tent Sites: 48 hour cancelation notice is required. Notify us by 4 PM 2 days before your scheduled arrival date. 
Cabins: 7 days cancelation notice required. Please notify us one week before your scheduled arrival date.
During check-in, all registration fees must be paid up front...No refunds for early departures. No Shows: if we do not hear from you by 9 AM the next morning, your site will be canceled and sold.

Vehicles/ Parking

Limit 1 vehicle per site. All other cars must be parked in our very limited overflow parking areas and subject to additional extra vehicle fees.  All cars must have tags. No golf carts allowed. Speed limit strictly enforced: 5mph. Be alert for pedestrians, children, and pets.

24/7 Laundry

Open 24 hours. Please no clotheslines anywhere on the campground, including clothes lines strung on campers. You may have drying racks that are put away when clothes are dry.

Save Our Grass

Please limit the size of mats placed on grassy areas. No carpets allowed on grass. You can fold up or place a smaller mat at your RV door.

ATVs and Golf Carts: KOA Staff only

We allow only KOA staff to use ATVs and golf carts on the campground. We ask that you leave yours at home.

Late Arrivals

If you are arriving late with a reservation booked already, and our store is closed,you will find your site map in our night registration box to the left of the front doors. It is a lit up box and we will put your name on the map to make it easier to find. If you arrive after hours and have not made a reservation, you can check the 1 night only overnight check-in envelope in the night registration box to the left of the front doors. Please check to see what sites are available and fill out a registration envelope with your information and place it in the slot at the back of the box.
